Just A Simple Convo...

I remember when I first started as a personal trainer in Sydney and I was learning the ropes across the ditch.

I would talk to anywhere from 10 - 50 people per day.

Introducing myself to them.

Seeing if I could help them.

Showing them ways to train correctly, eat to lose fat or just chat about the rugby match in the weekend.

Sometimes people wouldn't even take their earphones out and would ignore me as if I didn't exist.

Some would be open and we would lock in our first session together.

Some would just keep running on the treadmill as happy as Larry.

So if you're open to transforming your body, look at this like a simple conversation between you and I.

"Do you want to become a better version of you?"

But if you're not open to hearing it...

Keep running on the treadmill.

And keep doing what you're doing.
