Why The Calorie Deficit Can Make You Cark It

I'm not going to lie...

Started off well for breakfast.

Greek yoghurt, banana and all that good stuff.

I had pasta for lunch.

Not bad.

Snacked on chocolate and caramel popcorn before the gym.

Could've been better.

And now I just smashed two burgers and I'm just about to rip into some Cafe Grande Ice Cream.

I'm going to be well above my calories today but I'm making the most of being at maintenance and not crying over any body fat gained #pushing90kg

Because soon, I'm going to cut and do a similar experiment to when I lost weight by eating ice cream every day for 30days.

The thing I want you to understand is you don't need to be on a diet for your whole life.

Get in, get out!

Get lean, hold it for a while, get into a muscle building phase and repeat the cycle.

When a fitness model preps for a photoshoot, they prep and then relax.

Even though we only see the photoshopped images posted, reposted and reposted some more..

We know as soon as they're done their shoot, they ain't reaching for carrot sticks.

If you maintain a calorie deficit for the rest of your life, you will die.

You will literally die.

And we see some people look like they're almost gonna fall over and cark it when they diet for so long.

Dieting can make you feel more confident, more nutritionally aware and help you feel great in your skin.

Or it can derail your progress, ruin your relationship with food and make you want to eat everything in sight.

Which is why I've dedicated the Team Brock Ashby program to helping you get your diet right and educate you in how you can use food to empower your life, not derail it.
