Today I was chatting with a trainer from the gym I train at.

He told me how he knew other personal trainers with a decent following...

1.2mill, 700k, 400k etc etc.

He was telling me how much money they make on Instagram.

$40k for a post.

$20k for a post.

Then he asked me...

Well, how much do you make on Instagram?

I told him I make none.

Z-E-R-O.

I told him I use Instagram to grow my clientele base and develop trust with my audience.

I told him I play the long term investment game, not the short-lasting win game.

I told him I don't want to wear a t-shirt and sell fat burners to my followers.

They don't need that, they need help and they need education.

I don't even want free clothes, I turn free clothes down every day.

Maybe I am missing out on tens of thousands of dollars per year added to my income because I choose to be a coach, not an iNfLuEnCeR, but I tell you what.

I sleep like a baby every night knowing I transform lives for a living.

Not holding skinny teas, wearing speedos and promoting my skin care routine.
