Today marks 15 days on the 30 Day Krispy Kreme Challenge.

I have lost 1.5 kg in two weeks eating three donuts every day amongst my normal diet.

I was very bloated and the heaviest weight I had been after celebrating being engaged at a thicc 91.2kg in my "before" photo here on the left.

I look like I'm forcing my stomach out but truth is I just overate for too many nights in a row.

And that's simply what weight gain is.

Eating too much, too often.

Exercise helps minimise the damage but we all know we can't out-exercise a sh*tty diet.

SO HERE'S THE DEAL...

If you want to gain weight, eat more.

If you want to lose weight, eat less.

Genius right?

What a profound PT!!

I know, I know.

I try!

But sometimes the biggest impact I've had on clients is telling them, "you're just eating too much".

Being straight up.

They've had to shake their heads and say, "I know, I know" 😓

Because most times when we reach for a fat burning powder or body fat melting pill, it's because we know we aren't doing the basics right and are looking for a lifesaver in this huge messed up ocean of looking and feeling our best.

So I'm not going to tell you how to optimise your meal timing to maximise muscle protein synthesis.

And how to eat carbs before bed to improve sleep quality.

That might just go straight over head because what you really need to hear is...

"You're eating too much!"
