Seeing Ghosts In Sydney
Walking through the streets of Sydney was weird yesterday.
I hadn't been there for a while and it felt.. apocalyptic.
No one around.
The CBD was a ghost town.
With everyone celebrating #WFH (work form home), there's no real need to be there.
Minimizing risk of getting COVID and maximizing productivity at home, instead of the office, is a win/win for everyone.
Minimizing risk by eliminating chance of seeing other humans and adapting face to face meetings though zoom calls.
Which is what a lot of us need to do in regards to our tactics for getting in shape.
If it doesn't work, ditch it.
If you're trying intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast but feel like you're dying of starvation in the morning, ditch it.
If you're going low carb but can't stop thinking about pasta and bread all day, ditch it.
If you're on keto but can't stick to it for more than 4 days, ditch it.
You need to minimize risk and maximize productivity.
