If you don't know what an escape room is, here's the deal:

You get locked in a room (or several rooms) and have a series of clues to discover how to get out, or solve a problem.

The only way out, or way to solve the problem, is to acquire knowledge through the clues and apply the knowledge you get to the problems.

That gets your goal of getting out.

To summarise:

1) Find problem.

2) Acquire knowledge.

3) Apply knowledge.

4) Get result.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

That's weight loss.

That's muscle gain.

That's progress.

PERIOD.

And if we just applied body transformations, the same way we approach escape rooms, we would all get great results.
