Today was my 523rd email in a row.

When I see that number this is how my brain works.

5 = 2 + 3

5 - 2 = 3

5 divided by 3 = 2 (1.6666 rounded up)

I like problem solving and if I don't have a problem I find one and solve it.

Which is why I email you every single day to see if I can solve your problem.

Whether it's as easy as 2 + 3 = 5 or 835832745 x 39827582375 = ???

Today I was going back and forth with a follower in my DM's asking me how to eat more.

I gave him the answers and he came back with:

- it's hard when I'm out with friends/family

- I need to eat "x" amount of calories

Etc, etc, etc

And I see where he's coming from and I had given him the answers, so I said....

"Look at the solution, not the problem."

Which is what I'm ready to do for you in 8 weeks.
