The Solution To Taking Months Off Working Out

Recently I have been getting a lot of people wanting the best advice when getting back into working out from months off due to COVID.

So here's the answer.

Just workout.

The best way for us to change our situation, is to change our habits.

And the fact is, exercising isn't a habit anymore.

Just go to the gym.

Reform that habit of working out and getting a sweat on.

Worry about the details of the workout later, even better yet.
