Don't Put Your Weights Back, See What Happens (or doesn't happen)
You can tell a lot by a person by the way they rack their weights.
Or if they even rack their weights, or not.
Do they put the 20kg dumbbells where the 20kg dumbbells are supposed to go?
Do they just leave the dumbbells on the floor?
Or do they put them back on the dumbbell rack in the wrong dumbbell slot?
Let me put it this way...
If you want to a job promotion, put your weights back.
If you want to lose weight, put your weights back.
If you want to build muscle, put your weights back.
If you want to be a better person, put your weights back.
If you want to do what you say you will do, put your weights back.
It's not about putting your weights back, it's about finishing what you start.
It's about taking responsibility for your actions.
It's about taking ownership for the equipment that you use.
It's about giving back to a community, a community of lifters.
So regardless if you join Team Brock Ashby at the end of this email or not.
The solution to most of the "I want to's" in your life is as simple as putting your weights back.
