You Have To Read This Comment..

This week I decided to start captioning and subtitling all my videos.

For 2 reasons:

1) To allow the hearing impaired to still get value from my content.

2) To allow people that watch my content with the *sound off* (because they're on the train/bus or just need to keep it quiet) to understand the message I want to convey.

But I never expected a message like this...

Yes, adding captions takes more time and effort for me to post a video but it's well worth it to make even one persons day better.

Instagram is a place that I acquire clients from and grow my brand but I'm also here to make an impact, leave a legacy and educate people that there are ways to achieve what they may think is currently impossible.

In the gym and outside the gym.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is, thanks for following me and reading these emails.

It's much more than shares, likes, comments and insights to me.

It's my passion and what I've chosen to dedicate my life to.
