And these are the things that can help you create a calorie deficit and lose weight:

- eat regular meals but in smaller portions

There’s a huge difference between needing to do something to lose weight and believing you need to do something to lose weight or someone telling you you need to do this thing.
A lot of people will tell you must eat breakfast because it’s the most important meal of the day, you need to work out every day, you need to stop eating bread, you need to sleep 8 hours, you need to do F45 because that’s the “only way to lose weight”.
Everyone has something to say on losing weight because there is a ton of ways to do it and tons of ways that work.
But don’t confuse their confirmation bias with actual science.
You don’t need to do heaps of gimmicky BS, you don't actually need to do a lot to be honest.
Focus on reducing your calories by whatever method that suits your lifestyle.
Focus on exercising by doing whatever you enjoy.
Focus on being a more active person and walking more.
Focus on getting good sleeps, somewhere between 7-9 hours.
But most of all, ensure you’re creating a deficit.
Which is the only possible way for you to lose weight.
The principle behind the method.
Which is what I educate in the 8 Week TBA Body Transformation Program.
