Progress Not Perfection

Yesterday I posted something very transparent on Instagram.

If you didn't click the link, go back and do it. It'll give you some context for the rest of the email.

Everyone has their flaws, ESPECIALLY me.

Sometimes I feel guilty because I'm educating and coaching people but haven't got myself together a 100% yet!

It's seriously crippling sometimes.

Sometimes it makes me not even want to post on Instagram.

I still make nutritional decisions that don't make sense.

I still skip exercises I don't like sometimes.

I still don't sleep enough.

I still procrastinate.

I still make mistakes, many, many mistakes.

But should I let that fear of not being perfect paralyse me from doing what I was put on this earth to do? HELL NO!

I'll never be perfect, neither will you. So why should we try to be?

Why try to be something we can never be?

But why not reverse this idea and try to be something we can?

Which is the best *INSERT YOUR NAME HERE* that has ever walked the face of the planet!

I know I make a difference on this earth and SO DO YOU!!

I transform bodies and change lives and love every single second of the process!

There's no better feeling in the world!

So if that's you and becoming the best person you can be requires you getting your ass back into exercise and turning your physical, mental, social and spiritual life around.

"PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION."
