Say It One More Time And I'm Coming For Ya...
If it takes the beginning of a new year to kick your ass into gear, that’s okay.
There's nothing wrong with that.
There’s a lot of people taking the piss out of “new year, new me” (especially coaches) which really gets under my skin.
I agree, there’s no magic to January 1st but a change is a change.
Whatever day of the year it is.
Whether it’s January 1st or April Fools, it doesn’t matter.
Change is change.
Last year I made a small goal to read a book every month on January 1st, 2020 and I read more books last year.
It was a New Years resolution but it helped me as a person, a future husband, a businessman and as a coach.
So if your goal is to lose 10kg this year, don’t be ashamed to tell people your New Years resolution.
Just stick to it and bloody do it.
It’s an empowering time of year to make change whether you want to stop smoking or start playing tennis on the weekends in social tournament.
Get some changes under your belt and build some momentum to smash 2021.
