I Would've Never Come Up With It...

The reason I love reading is because I would never come up with any of the words and quotes I read.

One of the quotes I read today blew me away.

"A clever person solves a problem, a wise person avoids it."

So many of us pride ourselves with solving problems but none of us pride ourselves on actually avoiding the problems the recur in our life.

Let's look at fat loss for a second.

So many people:

1) Lose weight in a fad diet

2) Gain it back from over-restricting

3) The cycle repeats.

They pat themselves on the back for losing 5kg in two weeks but can't seem to see the fact they gain that back in a three day bender over the weekend.

When in reality, if they just ate the foods they loved in their diet, they wouldn't feel the extreme restriction they put on themselves to "eat clean" and hate dieting.

And this quote outlines why I created Team Brock Ashby.

I created it to avoid the problems you continue to face through educating you on the problem and how to avoid it (so you don't have to solve it).
