My View On Transformation Photos
"I have recently seen people on Insta refusing to post transformation photos because it’s misleading for others and/or people may feel like they will never look like what the photo portrays.
Every transformation photo has a story. That’s not your story but you can still draw inspiration from the dedication it took to achieve it and apply it to your life.
Every transformation photo has required some type of effort, work ethic and consistency. That can be the changing agent to get you off your ass and smash your goals.
Every transformation is a big deal for the client/person. They are super proud. The least we can do is clap from afar and doubt tap the post and drop some "🔥🔥🔥".
Every transformation photo is an insight of what’s possible. You too can get great results if you want them. That doesn’t mean you will achieve the same results, even with the same work ethic due to genetic differences, commitment levels and lifestyles.
It is not a competition to be better, or look more shredded than anyone on Instagram. It’s about being the best you, whatever shape you are and whatever time period it has taken you to get there. Celebrate that and celebrate others!
If you struggle with security and body image issues, it may be wise to seek professional help and spend less time scrolling on Instagram focusing on others and focus on yourself.
Much love, Brock 🙏
P.s. I’m super proud of my client Rosie who achieved this transformation in 8 weeks running a business, being an amazing mum and managing her stress levels throughout the whole journey #winning "
This was my caption on Instagram this morning.
Another reason I love posting transformation photos is that it brings ME happiness.
It's a literal display of what I love to do.
Transform bodies and change lives through coaching.
It's more than two photos...
It's a physical image of what I think about every second of the day.
It's a physical manifestation of the study, research and late nights I put into becoming excellent at my craft and caring for my clients like they were my children.
They are my children!
I'm just a guide at the end of the day but a person without the guide (me) may have not got the results they got. And with the wrong guide, it can go horribly wrong.
I don't take full credit, it takes two to tango, but dam it makes me feel good!
