Why Seeing Someone Cry Makes You Cry 🥲
I was on the phone to my sister in law yesterday and we chat for a good 80mins (a whole footy match).
Footy = rugby if you're from NZ like me.
And as I began to wrap it up and say goodbye, she goes and starts crying.
My eyes start watering too and my vision got real blurry and shiny.
I didn't realise I missed my family so much.
But the thing that got me was how genuine my sister in law was about how much she missed Kiki and I and the entire family and I think that's why we value genuineness and authenticity.
It's like a tunnel straight to their heart, you know exactly what they are thinking.
There's something so captivating about someone being 1000% true with you that makes you want to be equally as true too.
If someone is honest with you, you want to be honest back.
Am I right?
So here's my honesty I'm giving to you because I want you to be honest with me.
If you are full of excuses, don't join my program. You won't last.
If you are soft, don't join my program. Things that are hard in life are always rewarding in retrospect. It will be hard and if you can't hack it, I'm not the coach for you.
If you think I'll hand your results to you on a golden plate, keep walking. The transformations I get are impressive but that doesn't mean they're easily attained.
If you are sick of getting nowhere, want to change your life and want a coach that tells you how it is with no sugarcoating, I'm the coach for you.
To be very honest, I don't need more TBA members (I'm nearing full capacity) but I want them because I love making a difference with what I do.
Im busy, almost too busy it's taking a toll on my social accounts and my down time but there's no better feeling for me than a thank you email and a transformation pic that I contributed to.
