Snipers Eye...
"You only see what you're aiming for."
I think people have really messed this up with what they consume on social media.
People with what they perceive to be as 'perfect' bodies.
People that are cashed up with Bugatti's, Ferrari's and Mansions.
People that are some of the most talented at sports or singing are now one tap away.
Before you had social media, TV and cameras, you were only able to compare yourself to your environment.
Your close family, your friends and your environment.
But now you can see people with top tier genetics that train really hard all over the world that you can so easily compare yourself to.
And you can see how much money the Top 40 Forbes list makes and compare that to your bank account.
You can see how talented OBJ is on the football field and how he drive a custom made Rollys Royce.
You consume all of this content but you're not just looking at photos and videos and liking them...
You're setting your aim.
Everything we look at, spend time with and surround ourselves by dictates where we aim.
Social media isn't bad.
How you use, can be bad though.
The poison is in the dose type-a-thing.
I use social media to share my story, grow Team Brock Ashby and inspire others on the other side of the world.
But I could also use it to look at other entrepreneurs and feel down about why I don't fly in a private jet like they do.
So be careful what you see.
What you see is what you aim for and what you aim for is all that you see.
Are you trying to lose weight to be healthier and more confident or is it to look like some fitness model dude?
Are you working hard to provide for your family and provide value to others or are you just trying to be as rich as some entrepreneur you follow on insta.
Are you feeling $hit about yourself because you're unhappy with how you look or are you only unhappy because you only follow fitness models and elite athletes that have to be in tip top shape for a living?
It's worth thinking about and if you don't even know where to aim or what to aim for, let me guide you in the 8 week Team Brock Ashby transformation program.
Let's set a goal and smash it.
Simple.
