Train Like You're 73 Years Old
Last night I was finishing the gym before it closed.
Running around like a mad man.
I sat down to lift my incline dumbbell chest press, looked to the right and I saw an elderly man lifting.
I'd seen him around before, so I reach out my hand to introduce myself.
I tell him my name is Brock, he hays is name is something that sounds like R-D-L.
He's from Israel, it may be Arielle ;)
He told me he was 73 years old.

If we train with the mindset of training until we are 73 years old, we'll train a lot smarter.
If we eat with the mindset of living until we are 73 years old, we'll make better eating decisions.
If we set goals with the attitude of exercising until we are 73 years old, we'll set better long term and short term goals.
We don't need it tomorrow, you just want it tomorrow.
There is nothing wrong with an aggressive approach.
But there is also nothing wrong with a patient approach.
