No Better Feeling Than Minty Fresh Breath

Came up with this analogy last night as I brushed my teeth at 2am.

Going to the gym is like brushing your teeth.

Just because you went to the gym doesn't mean you did it properly.

Yes, you wore the active wear but did you train with intensity?

Yes, you had your water bottle and towel but did you train with correct form?

Yes, you swiped your membership card but did your training align with your goals?

Just like if you brush your teeth and your breath smells minty fresh, you may have not done a good job.

You may have missed your back teeth.

You may have skipped flossing.

You may have stayed in the same spot for too long because you tried to insta while you were brushing your teeth (trust me it doesn't work).

You may have brushed too hard for your delicate gums.

Worse than that...

You may have the wrong toothbrush and tooth paste for your teeth goals.

Just like you may have the wrong training program and nutrition for your body goals.

Whether you want a good smile or a great body, the strategy must be right.

I'm no dentist but I know that brushing your teeth twice a day and flossing regularly.
