Caught Me With My Pants Down 🥶

Yesterday I ordered Descaler and Cleaner for our coffee machine online.

Ordered them at 11am, received them at 2pm.

Caught with my pants down 😱

Credit to Officeworks.

First time in my life that I have received something so quick.

Apart from invoices from web developers.

They know how to send an invoice 😂

When you get something better than you originally hoped for, there's no better feeling.

That feeling when you get money from your tax return.

That feeling when the retailer tells you what you're buying is actually 50% off.

And to be honest, this rarely happens in personal training.

Most are disappointed.

Most personal trainers are quick to ask for cash, short to provide a good service.

I've seen it first hand.

Clients getting worked like a dog when they're in the session with the PT.

Next day, the clients walking around the gym like a lost dog without an owner.

No idea what to do.

No program to follow.

No nutrition advice.

No follow up.

No ongoing education.

No confidence.

No self efficacy.

Not until they see their PT again for another a$$ whipping to be left hung to dry after their session.

The cycle goes on and on and on.

This is why I had such a high client retention rate in the gym I worked at.

I cared.

I followed up.

All my clients had programs to do.

All my clients had macros and calories to follow.

All my clients had accountability and weekly check-ins with photos and measurements.

All my clients had the keys to transform.

It was up to them to unlock their potential.

I only walked the gym floor for the first 3-6 months of my time in Fitness First in Sydney and the rest was looking after and nurturing my clients and welcoming referrals and members approaching me on the gym floor.

I'm not bragging (AT ALL).

I'm showing you that amongst the crappy service, there are some people who really care and deliver great service.

And if you want to experience that, let me coach you to the best you that you can be.
