My Story & Your Story Is Pretty Much The Same

I've been studying stories lately...

The nature of a story.

What makes a good story.

And most of them go something like this.

1. Someone starts in a place of comfort and stability.

2. That place of comfort and stability is taken away from.

3. They go on a journey to get it back.

4. They get introduced to a guide which is usually a person/event that guides them through hardship.

5. They overcome that hardship, which could be a villain or an event.

6. They return back to a place of comfort and stability.

This is how most stories work.

And to be honest with you, that is what our lives look like in different seasons.

Here's my story.

1. I grew up in a normal family, loving sport and playing with my friends.

2. I lost my mum at 12 and wondered what I was going to do with myself.

3. I decided to just do my best in whatever I loved and see what happened.

4. I had many mentors and guides help me find my purpose (which I originally thought was music).

5. They lead me on a journey to live with fulfilment and push myself to be my best.

6. I live with the satisfaction of doing my best to make my family (especially my mum) proud.

And I'm only 27.

I'm sure there'll be more stories like that to come.

So my question to you is, what's your story?

What has been taken away from you and what do you need help to overcome?

If your confidence and self worth has been pulled away from underneath you and you need help overcoming the lack of motivation you just can't shake.

Let me guide you to a place of comfort and stability.

I write these stories on a daily basis with my clients that continually exceed their expectations with the results they get.

Whether it's fat loss, maintenance or muscle building.

I can guide you in TBA to help you decide what story you want to tell.
