2 Ears, 1 Mouth and 10 Fingers... Why?
If we have two ears and one mouth, you could say that we were designed to listen twice as much as we speak.
You've heard that before, right?
So what do you think about us having two arms and one heart?
Maybe that could mean we are meant to act twice as much as we 'follow our heart'.
I'm a big believer in action and often our heart paralyses us and prevents us from acting because it's 'not the right time' or 'it doesn't feel right'.
Which can save us from making dumb decisions but can also prevent us from doing things that may change the course of our life.
You can only be the judge of that but remember, most of the time, the best way to find out is to act and deal with whatever comes... Positive or negative.
You could say, "I'm not in the right headspace to work out", but the only way to find out is to start.
Maybe half way through it, you keep charging on and smash your workout.
Or maybe, you decide to stop as it's too much. Therefore, you have now more clearly defined your boundary that you can push yourself to.
Action > Inaction.
