Monday Isn't The Problem 🤯

A lot of people hate Monday.

But here's my thought on it...

Monday's not the problem, the way that you have designed your life is.

Your job isn't the problem. The way you haven't strived to get a better one is.

Your lack of sleep isn't the problem. It's the fact you don't have a wind down routine to be in bed by a decent time.

Your lack of motivation isn't the problem. It's the fact you rely on motivation and not discipline that you need to develop to commit to things that are important to you.

The weathers not the problem. External uncontrollable things should not have weight on your outlook on life.

So look Monday in the eyes and ask yourself... "Is Monday the problem, or am I the problem?"
