5 High Protein Snack Ideas 🍪

Today I uploaded a video with 5 High Protein Snack Ideas.

These are snacks I usually purchase or make when I go on the 2 hour road trip to see my wife's family.

Overnight oats.

Yoghurt.

Protein cookies.

Protein shakes.

Boiled eggs.

In this video I organise them in best to worst according to their protein content per serving, taste, convenience and cost.

This video is also sprinkled with protein facts and why it's important to follow a high protein diet if you want to transform your body, so here's one for you.

Protein is the macronutrient that is most filling to us.

It makes us feel the most full and therefore helps us when we are dieting to moderate our calorie intake.

Which is why all my members that are pursuing fat loss also pursue a high protein diet.
