As you get older, you muscle will involuntarily disappear...
That's why you're grandad is not jacked.
That's why your grandma is fragile.
It gets everyone eventually BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS, it doesn't have to be that way for you/your parents/your grandparents.
There's 5 things you can do:
1) Remain physically active.
2) Have self control with your nutrition.
3) Eat a high protein diet.
4) Resistance train *most important*
5) Enjoy your training
