This is what my Monday night looks like tonight πŸ‘‡

Uploading all of my content from various websites to the back end of my new personal training app, which is under construction.

I generally don't share this type of "boring" work that I do but I also think it's important for you to see how involved I am in the process.

This is my baby.

A lot of moolah, energy and effort is going into this app and I can't wait to show you.

When an exercise is uploaded into the app, I did it (all 565 of them).

I've also uploaded all the educational content (over 6.5 hours worth) and recipes.

On top of all of this, I've written a personalised 1-1 coaching program for a new client that I had a zoom call with tonight.

Tonight is also Day 1 of a calorie deficit I'm beginning to look even better coming into the holiday season.

Let's say it's been a huge day and night but if you want to achieve big things, like I do, you need to put in the work.

Just like in the gym and just like in the office with work.

Work always wins.

"What got you here, won’t get you there."

So if you want to achieve something you've never achieved, it's time to start doing things you haven't done before.

Start a new program.

Work that bit harder.

Lift that bit heavier.

Read that bit longer.
