How To Raise A Perfect Baby (Brock's Edition) πŸ‘ΆπŸ»

"We do not rise to the level of our goals, we fall to the level of our systems."
- James Clear

This couldn't be more clear now that I am a father.

I want baby girl to get enough sleep.

I want her to get enough breast milk, which obviously I can't do anything about physiologically.

I want her to be free from gas in her belly.

I don't want her to feel neglected but I also don't want her to need us so much she can't do her own thing when she wants to.

These are the things I want for her, the goals I have for how I want her life to be.

In which, none will happen if I don't set systems for her to achieve these.

Feeding her enough and swaddling her so she sleeps.

My wife breastfeeding with a technique that allows both of them to be happy.

Burping between feeds.

Cuddling when she's awake and letting baby girl chill out in the cot by herself if she's happy too.

These are the systems that we have put in place to achieve our goals because without systems, goals are just thoughts and dreams.

Just like if you're thinking that you want to make 2023 a different year where you're healthy, in shape and thriving, you need systems in place.

All of which I have put on an easy to use app in easy to digest programs.

Hit the button below to get your systems in place!
