Here is the BBB Challenge Guidebook for the Full Body Burn Challenge 🔥

This Guidebook is everything you need to understand to know whats going on with the next BBB Challenge that begins on March 20th (but the Challenge Prep Program is already underway).

It tells you how many calories you should be eating for your goal, what those macros will be for those calories, how many steps you should be doing and much more!

Here's a summary of what you need to know...

TRAINING

We are currently in the 2 Week Challenge Prep Program.

We then head into Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4): Agonist super sets.

And then progress into Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8): Antagonist sets.

NUTRITION

Challenge Prep Program, we are all at eating at maintenance.

Once the challenge has officially started on March 20th, you will need to choose what goal you are pursuing and at what level: Fat loss level 1, 2 or 3, muscle building level 1, 2 or 3 or maintenance.

STEPS

Steps are just as important as your workouts, so make sure that you follow the guidelines that are set for your goal.

EDUCATION

Your access to all of the educational videos are in the BBB Challenge Guidebook (link at top of post) and there is a massive video library at the back to help you grow your knowledge. I recommend watching one video per day or 5 per week if you are really keen to take your transformation knowledge to the next level!
