Monday Motivation: Not Thoughts Or Feelings... Something Else!
This morning I'm flying back from Noosa to Sydney to then fly back to New Zealand to see my family.
A lot of travel and family time.
Beaches, restaurants, gelato, coffee, swimming at the pools and little ones crawling around.
I love it.
The reality of the trip for me though has also been 4am emails to keep on top of my work, writing programs during afternoon lulls, smashing some workouts when I get time and also a bit of filming in random bedrooms for content.
I'm not saying this to try and sound hardcore but to remind you that in order for things to grow, or even maintain, you need to put in extra work. It does not happen on it's own.
To maintain muscle mass, you need to workout.
To grow a business, it requires effort.
To have solid friendships and relationships, you need to spend time hanging out.
As much as wishful thinking feels lik eyou are getting things done, nothing happens. Action must be taken.
Action.
Not thoughts, or feelings.
So take this as your daily reminder to out in the work!
