16 Week Male Guide (Part 2)

The second edition of The 16 Week Male Guide to continue building a strong and confident male physique. This program is designed to do be done as soon as you finish the first 16 Week Male Guide and has everything you need to keep the momentum going.

  • Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced as Brock will personalise his coaching to your training level.

  • This can be done with or without gym access an the coaching sessions are done at the Team Brock Ashby Bodyquarters in Sydney.
