What will it be this year, huh?

In my head there's a ton of excitement around the new year.

The weathers awesome.

We've all just given and received presents.

We've slept more than usual.

We've ate and celebrated more than usual.

Vibez are good.

But instead of sending you away with a nice warm fuzzy feeling that will only last a couple of weeks like the holiday season, I want to make you feel warm and fuzzy for the rest of bloody 2022.

So here's some things to ponder on at the beach or on the couch when your family has gone to bed:

1. If you want 2022 to be different to 2021, you have to do different things.

2. No one will do anything for you, you must do it yourself. As much as your parents love you, your wife loves you and your kids adore you, they can never do the things that you want to achieve. Don't rely on others to motivate or fuel you to get there, motivate yourself and you'll be unstoppable.

3. Set goals and put them in front of you. Whether they're your screensaver or in a notebook at home that you read every morning, you attract and become what you surround yourself. Speak them out, surround yourself with them and do what's necessary and they will happen.

4. Get uncomfortable this year and set up camp there. If you're used to being unconformable, things get a lot easier in life. That's why I cold shower now. It's uncomfortable, I hate it. But the more I do it, the more comfortable I get being uncomfortable and this sets me up to thrive in places where other people fold.

5. Don't do things you don't like. The more you "put up" with life, the shittier your life will become. Start saying "no". The better you feel, the more you can give to others. So do things that fill up your cup, not empty them. Being selfish is being generous. Does that make sense?

6. Don't let opportunities slip you by. Tomorrow becomes next week, next week becomes next month and then you never do what you need to. Do it now and worry about the consequences later.

7. Look after yourself. The energy and effort you put into your physical health will ripple into your mental, social and spiritual health. I call it the ripple effect and it never fails me. So start today. Decide to make a difference and decide now. The amount of 1-1 clients that I have been asked to coach is ridiculous but I love it because it shows that. people are ready to take control of their life. Whether that is in BBB or the 16 Week Male Guide, don't let 2022 be another 2021. Make it better by deciding to take action on things that make you better.
