Why You Need To Change Your Morning Routine (and a lot more) ☀️
Here's a screenshot of what my schedule looks like tomorrow...
But truth is... I won't actually been doing much of this.
I updated my schedule last year and it doesn't work for me anymore, so tonight I'm changing it.
1. I used to wake up and get stuck into work straight away but recently that's been giving me migraines, so now instead of getting straight into work I go down to the beach and walk for an hour. Which has many benefits by the way:
- sets your circadian rhythm in the morning getting sunlight on your eyes
- stops you from responding to notifications straight away when you wake up and helps your prioritise yourself
- gets your NEAT up
2. I was working on Basics With Brock and now it has a different name and it's finished.
3. Also, most days, emails take a lot longer than one hour these days.
Just because you do have always done something, doesn't mean you should always do it.
And if you look at your life and you're not achieving what you want to achieve, I think it's time you look at your calendar too, or your entire life., and make changes that you need to make to get the results you want.
Change your workout plan.
Change your diet.
Change your morning routine.
Change your habits.
Change your bloody approach to life!
If you're not getting what you want, it's time to change your routine and get it!
