Why a donut may be better than an apple 🤯

Had an amazing chat this morning with Jordan Syatt, a fellow online personal trainer, on my podcast.

He was a big inspo for me coming into the industry and telling it how it is.

And he brought up a great point today in what you can do if you just don't know where to start with your fat loss journey.

It wasn't choosing the apple over the donut.

No, no, no.

It was choosing to go for a walk and increase your movement.

Because if you choose an apple over a donut, it may be the better choice for you but it can also leave you feeling deprived and even less motivated.

Something walking will never do.

Movement will lead to an endorphin release.

Movement will lead to a dopamine response.

Movement will lead to an increase in how many calories you burn per day and will create a snowball effect for you to pick up your momentum.

This isn't rocket science but it's a place where you can practically move forward towards your goal that is:

A) low barrier to entry

B) free

C) applicable TODAY
