Every morning I wake up, I study.

I watch a lecture of an online course that I'm currently enrolled in and then I get on with my day working for my TBA members.

The lecture could be anywhere between 8mins - 40mins long.

If it's under 20mins, I watch two.

If it's a long video, I watch one.

Some days I feel like it's a waste of time.

Like it hasn't made me better in anyway.

I may have learnt one new idea, one more new technique, one slight change, one coaching cue to my personal training kit.

It seems so insignificant.
