Being A Personal Trainer For The Most Luxurious Brand In Fashion 🍊
You may have thought that over the weekend I was trialling my Orange Pumpkin Halloween costume a few weeks early but no... you are mistaken.
I was coaching HIIT classes for the most luxurious fashion brand, Hermés, at their #HermesFit event over the weekend at the Horden Pavilion here in Sydney.
From Thursday to Sunday, I put my face to face personal training hat back on and put people through their paces for 30min classes using $1500 shoes as dumbbells 😂
Squats, jump squats, lunges, push ups, V-ups, deadbugs, hip taps, star jumps and all that good stuff!
It was such an honour to be selected as one of the best coaches in NSW, Sydney.
And by Sunday, I actually came around to the orange leggings I was wearing every day haha!
I do miss coaching people face to face as all of my work these days is online but that is why I originally gave up face to face training.
To work with more people and help people internationally.
There were thousands of people walking through the orange Hermés doors this weekend but when I think about it, I have worked with a ton more people as an online coach through Team Brock Ashby.
And as much as my classes helped people throughout the weekend, I couldn't help but think that these people need more than just a 30min sweat workout.
They need nutritional guidance.
They need consistent weights to build the muscles they want.
They need accountability.
They need education to improve their lifestyle.
