"My name’s Fil and I’m 30. I'm so happy w how the challenge went for me. I did it mainly to drop some fat, which i’m happy to say i did, but for the first time it didn’t come at the expense of any muscle i’d built before, which is the main thing i’ve always struggled with. I'd get built but I'd get chubby, or I'd lose weight and the muscle too.

"The challenge was excellent! It wasn’t my first but it felt like my most successful. I focused on form more than anything this time around. Prior to that, I was focused on increasing weight.
Brock’s workouts are set up in a way that feels attainable for any skill set. I only started working out about a year and a half ago for the first time in my life. His videos are so helpful! What keeps me motivated is continually testing my body to see just how much it is capable of. But understanding that building muscle takes a long time and if you want to see viable changes; consistency is key.
That’s likely my biggest takeaway from Brock’s programming and teachings in general. Thank you Brock!!"
