What I'm Doing To Make Sure I Don't Go Bonkas 😵💫
With the numbers looking pretty grim for NSW, Australia with the number of cases rising (on average), I've decided to make a lockdown routine of some sort.
Things that I am doing day to day, to make sure I stay healthy and stay mentally healthy too.
- Get 10,000 steps per day to keep physically active.
- Sleep 7-9 hours every night to recover and be productive when I am awake.
- Have a cold shower, or a freezing swim in the ocean. Not so much for recovery, though there is some evidence to back it up, but more so as a physical act of doing something I don't want to to do every day. It's empowering.
- Working towards a purposeful goal. Which I have a lot from growing Team Brock Ashby to transform bodies globally but also deepening the relationship with my fiance and studying real estate, self development and personal training.
- Workout 5-6x per week to build muscle.
- Facetime/call friends and family to keep in touch.
None of these are revolutionary.
But nothing revolutionary was done by one act alone but many acts accumulated together.
When you sign up to any program within Team Brock Ashby, nothing is revolutionary.
Workouts, nutrition, education, tracking progress...
You've seen it before.
But doing everything step by step in the right order will lead to a revolution in your life.
