If your weight has stalled, listen up.
If your goal is...
Weight loss = eat less, move more.
Weight gain = eat more, decrease training volume (I'd never tell you to move less).
Weight maintenance = keep doing what you're doing.
Know one thing, if you do the same thing don't expect different results.
That's the definition of insanity.
If you keep squatting at 100kg you'll only reap the benefits of a 100kg squat.
If you keep eating at maintenance you'll reap maintenance calorie benefits.
If you only do cardio, you'll only reap cardio benefits.
