Stroke It, Every Stroke Counts

Today I sat on the couch and worked...

I ate half a block of dark chocolate with yoghurt (under 10mins to prepare and eat).

Then I ate 6 eggs on toast with barbecue and tomato sauce (under 15mins to prepare and eat).

I wanted to prioritize every minute to being productive, so I had quick meals.

I was on my laptop uploading content to the new website to be launched very soon for #TeamBrockAshby.

A very, very boring day if you look at it like that.

But a classic weekend for me.

Let me tell you why I do it every single weekend that I can!

Because the bigger picture is painted with every little paint brush stroke.

And those little brush strokes are the weekends I put in to be the best for my clients.

Those little brush strokes are the descriptions I write for every single exercise to be uploaded.

Those little brush strokes are the sunny weekends I sacrifice going to Bondi beach with my friends to sit indoors working in my career.

Those little brush strokes are the emails I write.

The bigger picture is being painted!

Just like every time you take the stairs instead of the elevator...

Or when you go to they gym instead of sleeping that extra hour...

And even when you order a salad over a burger...

The bigger picture is being painted!
