My main point I got from this is:

- snoozing puts you in a mindset of procrastination, making you push away things that you don't want to do but need to do [like wake up and get out of bed].

These things you may not want to do may be the exact things you need to do.

Success is not doing the things you want to do but doing the things you do not want to do.

Snoozing may lead you to missing out on these things.
