Having Sex 10 Times A Day Could Be A Bit Much...

Today I trained for 30mins.

I was meant to train for 60-90mins.

But today I had other things to do like study the large intestine, write workout programs, post on socials, spend time with people I love to be with and write emails like these.

About two years I go would be upset.

Two years ago I didn’t know that frequency is what matters the most with building habits.

What you do in the gym and how long you are there for is not nearly as important as actually walking into the gym doors and swiping your membership card.

Frequency > content and duration.

Would you rather have sex 10 times in one night or have sex 10 times over 10 days, when trying to get into the habit of loving your partner?

Would you rather read a chapter a day or 700 pages in one sitting, when trying to get into the habit of reading?

Would you rather eat one massive meal or three to five smaller meals, when trying to get into healthy eating habits?

Would you rather go on a highly restrictive keto diet for six weeks or reduce portion sizes over six months, when trying to develop a healthy relationship with food?

Would you rather train five hours on Sunday or one hour per day over five days of the week, when getting into the habit of exercising?

When building habits, frequency is the most important variable over content and duration.
