Lessons From A Younger Client Of Mine

Training is more than just a better body and a better diet.


I’ve known this since I started coaching people but it never gets old seeing it.


A younger client told me a few things today...


He has a girlfriend (which he didn’t used to).


He sees his girlfriend most days (would never have been possible without a girlfriend).


He’s kissed her (smooth).


He loves the gym (I’d love to think I contributed but you never know ;)).


And the thing that makes me the most proud is when I ask him how his day’s going, he looks me in the eyes, shakes my hand and says to me, "Good!"


Which is a lot better than a shrug of the shoulders whilst staring at the floor.


He also holds his shoulders back with better posture, a result of higher confidence levels.


I’m not saying training is the best way to pull a boyfriend or a girlfriend, though that is exactly what happened in this story haha!


I’m saying there’s so much than just a physical change that goes on when you begin to exercise and eat right.


My client used to have self esteem so low he could trip on it and now he’s talking about planning three birthday parties for his birthday!


Shivers, he’s probably got more friends than me now!


More confidence.


More self esteem.

More positivity.


All start with exercising and eating right.

If you want a better life, just start.
