A Few Parting Words Before It's Over

Tomorrow is the last day of the 30 Day Ice Cream Challenge, today is Day 29.

I've learnt a lot on this challenge personally but mainly wanted to educate you on a few points:

- You can still make progress and eat the foods you love 🍔🍟🍩🍫

- Creating dramatic dietary restrictions can lead to feelings of deprivation, so telling yourself that no food is out of bounds takes away the desire to binge.

- Ice cream is not a "bad food". Bad foods do not exist. Anyone who says that, hasn’t tried the right flavour of ice cream yet 😂

- You can have 1 scoop and it can hit the spot. You don’t need to have the whole tub 🍨

- Having something delicious to look forward to in your diet can help with diet adherence and sustainability.

- Forget about trying to predict your weight loss, it’s full of ups and downs and will never be a linear. The bigger picture tells the true story.

- One meal doesn’t ruin a diet, just like one day doesn’t ruin a diet.

- It's so much easier to eat 1000 calories than to burn off 1000 calories 😬

- If you have a bad day, you're not a failure. You're a human.
