Another Not-So-Ordinary Day

With the new year in full flight excuses are already starting to sneak in...

"I'm on holiday."

"I just want to relax."

"The kids aren't at school yet, so they take up all my time."

"I'm gonna hit it super hard when I'm back into the gym."

Look that's cool but I've trained some ordinary people [people just like you and I] and seen them do some extraordinary things.

For example, a client of mine has two kids, a full time job, a husband and still manages to train seven days a week.

Another client of mine has worked out over 900 days in a row (924 to be precise) through two kids, a husband and a full time corporate job.

Another client of mine took his company public, has two kids in high school, has a wife in a similar CEO position and still finds the time to workout six days a week.

Another client of mine, lost a parent and is still regularly exercising.

Another client of mine has 4 kids, runs her own business with her husband and trains four times a week.

This may sound like day to day life like some of these people but to me.. that is truly extraordinary.

I don't even have kids and I struggle to get my gym sessions in!

So I'm going to give it you straight.

No bullshit.

"Unless a man [or woman] takes on more than he [or she] can possibly do, he [or she] will never do all he [or she] possibly can."

Stop making excuses and start.

You're better than that.
