Why You're Not A Lazy Person (The Truth)

I just took my laptop from the comfort of my working desk and have sit down beside the aircon to try and cool off.

My house gets nothing but sun throughout the day, heating up like a glass house and cracking open a window just doesn't cut it.

I got outside of the comfort zone of my desk to sit and be cool because I would just end up sweating and getting frustrated in the heat of my own room.

The reason people are too scared to leave their comfort zone is because they have nothing to leave it for.

I left my desk for the comfort of being cool.

My father left the comfort zone of his home city to be more than what was possible in the small town of Kaikohe, which has a population of 4,100 people (not even a tenth of one percent of NYC).

My best friend Jamal left the comfort zone of France and his own business in the pursuit of happiness in Australia where he knew no one and didn't speak English as his first language.

We all have the capacity to get outside of our comfort zone, we just have to a reason to get out of it.

We could be 10kg over weight and the lack of confidence may drive us to make a difference.

The doctor could have told us, "If you continue the way you are, you'll be dead in five years." That'll get us moving.

When people say, "I'm lazy", I don't think they're right at all.

We aren't lazy, we just need a reason not to be.

I don't want to be sweaty and frustrated, so I fought to be cool.

The greater you want the end result, the faster you will move outside of your comfort zone to achieve it.

"We aren't lazy, we just need a reason not to be."
