Like a plane needs speed to fly, we need to keep moving by making decisions that align with what we want to achieve in life.
If we want to take off, we need speed.
If we want to fly in the air, we need speed.
If we want a safe landing, we need speed.
That doesn't mean we rush, too many of us have been burnt making decisions too fast.
Moving in too early with a partner.
Asking for a pay rise too early at our job.
Trying to lift too heavy too early and being left with a slipped disc.
You get the point.
Whether we are opening a new business, maintaining a healthy lifestyle or moving countries.
A series of decisions need to be made and acted upon.
If we don't make these decisions, we crash and burn.
Take your health for example.
If you don't decide to make a healthy meal at home and take it to work for lunch, you'll probably have a burger for lunch.
If you don't decide to workout at 8am that morning, you'll probably get caught up at work and drown in the attention needed by your kids.
If you don't decide to sleep at 10pm to get a decent 8 hour sleep for the next day, you'll probably sleep at midnight after watching two Netflix movies you never planned on watching.
