Swapping Hugs For Likes

Isolation is cranking up our screen time.

Whether it's our phone, laptop or iPad.

We're sitting down more and on our devices more.

We're ultimately moving less and consuming more content.

Which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on who you follow and how you feel when you are following them.

Our mental health is crucially important while we distance ourselves socially from human contact that usually comforts us in this time.

And while our human touch is being replaced with digital taps we have to protect what the window to our soul sees.

You may just double tap a hot photo of a fitness model in a bikini but maybe deep down you feel like you're not making progress when you see her body.

You may scroll through a business man flexing in front of a Ferrari and think nothing of it but maybe it makes you feel like you're not providing for your family.

Don't compare your day 1 to someone else's day 501.

Social media is where perfect lives and we do not live in a perfect world.

I don't promise you'll be perfect after having me as your online coach but I do know that you will be better.

I can't promise photoshopped abs but I can promise progress to a flatter stomach.

I can't promise a greater income but I can promise greater confidence that could lead to that.

I can't promise a perfect life but I can promise a better life where you move better and feel better.
