They didn't even pick up.
After one hour waiting on hold they still didn't pick up.
All I wanted was two minutes of their time to install the WiFi modem that isn't working.
I'm highly capable of what's required of me to connect the modem properly, I just need the guidelines.
I have googled the forums, turned it on and off, reset it, exhausted every option.
I just need some direction because to be completely honest with you I do not know what the hell to do with a modem but plug it in.

You may have tried every diet and workout regime the world has to offer.
Jumping from F45 to CrossFit to PUMP class to keto to vegetarianism.
Nothing has worked, you've exhausted all your options and just want the answer to long term, sustainable results.
Or maybe it has worked, but only for a certain period of time.
usually when you jump into a group class or even with a personal trainer, you just get shouted at and told what to do.
That's not my style.
Sure, I'll tell you what to do but I'll let you know why we're doing it too.
