How To Eat 3.5 Big Macs And Still Lose Weight
I've done all my essential work for the day and it's 2:30pm.
And although I want to put a Netflix movie on and answer all my DM's which is north of 500 😅, I'm out the door and getting my steps up.
Here's why:
Now look, I'm not a believer in training/burning/walking to burn calories but I know some of you are so here we go...
If I flag the Netflix movie and get in say 5,000 steps by walking for an hour, I've just burnt 273 calories.
If I did that everyday, I'd burn an extra 1911 calories per week.
Now if I was in a weight loss phase, I could save those calories and use them against my deficit to burn more body fat.
Or
I could enjoy 3.5 Big Macs on top of my normal diet on a Sunday evening to top off the week.
I can either make more progress in my diet, which could improve the quality of my life by keeping me motivated and committed by seeing results.
Or
I could enjoy a few Big Mac's which would improve the quality of my life for several reasons.
Who says there is no fun in diet and fitness?
P.s. I'm not promising 3.5 Big Macs every week, I'm promising progress and a committed coach (me) to get you where you want, or need, to be.
