All About The Single Life ☕️
Yesterday I bought some coffee beans from a real coffee shop.
I'm not a coffee connoisseur, so I just asked the business owner for her recommendation.
As you do right?
When you have no idea you ask for a recommendation.
When you don't know what to order from a menu, you ask the waiter for their recommendation.
She recommended the House Blend which was the most popular.
Now even though I don't know much about coffee, I know I love a good single origin.
So I went against what I normally love because I trusted her.
She looked nice.
She had honest blue eyes and she was open for business in this challenging time.
Did it pay off?
Two large cups of coffee later for breakfast I was peaking this morning.
It's real good.
A winner.
When we don't know what we want (or need), we ask the expert for their recommendation.
Even though I'm not one to label myself an expert, or tell you to go against what you believe, I am here to disrupt your thinking.
Does your diet work for you?
Or is it just what you do because that's all you know?
Does your training program get you results?
Or do you just do that because your personal trainer gave it to you three years ago?
I had a few bad experiences on a House Blend and I swore I would only drink Single Origin.
I didn't know I liked a House Blend but here I am drinking it every morning.
You may have had a few bad experiences with PT's but I promise not all PT's don't know what they're talking about.
You can get results.
You can eat the foods you love in your diet.
You can enjoy your training.
You may just love it.
All we will need is 8 weeks.
P.s. If you put milk in your coffee, I will never understand why you do it.
